At Pathways II Destiny Learning Center , we believe that every child deserves a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment to grow and learn. Our mission is to provide exceptional early childhood education and care that fosters a love of learning and helps children develop their full potential. With a team of passionate educators and a curriculum designed to encourage curiosity and creativity, we are committed to supporting both the academic and emotional development of the children in our care. We work closely with families to ensure each child’s unique needs are met, laying a strong foundation for their future success.
MEET OUR TEAM
Rynya Carey
Rynya Carey, co-founder of Pathways II Destiny Learning Center, is a dedicated Christian mother who is passionate about nurturing the intellectual, emotional, and spiritual development of children. She believes in integrating Christian values into everyday learning to instill important principles such as kindness, respect, and integrity.
Education, to her, is far more than just academic success; it’s about instilling a deep moral foundation that guides children throughout their lives. Driven by a passion to make a lasting positive impact on the community, she is committed to nurturing confident, well-rounded individuals. Every child, in her eyes, is a unique and valuable gift, and her mission is to help them unlock their full potential while growing into compassionate, responsible citizens.
Sarita Penn
Sarita Penn is the co-founder of Pathways II Destiny Learning Center, LLC. She holds a dual bachelors degree in organizational leadership and business administration. She is currently pursuing her teaching license.
Sarita is driven by a commitment and passion for guiding children and youth in alignment with Gods will and purpose. With years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, Sarita believes in fostering a nurturing environment where young hearts and minds can thrive spiritually, emotionally, and academically, ensuring each childs growth is supported with love, care and purpose.
In 2017 | lost my best friend, confidant and number one supporter my mother, Yvette Cabiness. God gave me the perfect mother for me, she was the most incredible and loving women I have ever known. Before she passed away from cancer, she started a nonprofit for at risk youth, Pathways || Destiny. Her goal was that through faith and with God on their side that these young people could change the path of their life and ultimately their destiny.
So as tribute to her legacy we decided to name our school after her nonprofit. It is our mission to share the same love and faith she gave to us and so many others. It is our great honor to be able to teach and pour into our young people and to provide them with a foundation rooted in God's love and an education that sets them up for success.
